<p><span style="color: #000000;">There are thousands of realtors.&nbsp;If you had ten realtors stand in front of you and if you asked each one what they did for a living my guess is they would all say &#8220;I&#8217;m a realtor&#8221;. This is one reason many of them never succeed or just make a living at best. What if the first nine said the same thing but the tenth stated <em>&#8220;I&#8217;m a property acquisition specialist&#8221; ?&nbsp;</em>Hint: It&#8217;s the same thing only being more distinct. My guess is you would pay more attention to that person than the other nine &#8220;realtors&#8221;.&nbsp; So, what you need to do is figure out what makes you different and you will become &#8220;distinct&#8221; and remembered.</span></p>
<h3><strong>Tips To Define What Makes You Distinct</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Caution!</strong> Never say <em>&#8220;you offer great customer service&#8221;</em>! This does NOT make you different or stand out as being distinct. Everyone says they offer great customer service. You want to be different than everyone else.</p>
